10 Standard push-ups
10 Shoulder width squats
5 Diamond push-ups
5 Feet together squats
10 Wide push-ups
10 Wide stance squats
10 Squat thrust
Novice– 3 sets
Amatuer– 5 sets
Pro– 7 sets
Rest- UP TO 2 minutes between sets.
